Engagement begins after a qualification call. Dave personally walks through the full terms — including the $20,000 revenue guarantee, the rev-share structure, the show-up and content cadence required from the partner, and the conditions under which the guarantee applies — before either party signs.
No retainer. No setup fee. Payment is a percentage of revenue generated by the system we build and operate. If we don't hit the agreed threshold, the partner doesn't pay.
